Pricing $1,500/mo to enterprise — no hidden tiers

What operators actually charge.

We work with brands at every stage — from $1,500/month focused engagements to multi-channel programs running six figures. Every tier is built around one principle: the operator who prices the work runs the work. No bait-and-switch to a junior team. No padded retainers.

What the market charges

We priced against the market. Here’s what we found.

Amazon full-service (market)
$5K – $20K / mo
Industry average for a dedicated team + ads + catalog. Most agencies at this tier start at $7,500. Entry-level (ads only) runs $1,500–$3,000.
Walmart management (market)
$2K – $8K / mo
Standalone Walmart management. Fewer qualified agencies than Amazon. Usually bundled at a discount with Amazon engagements.
TikTok Shop full management (market)
$3.5K – $8K / mo
Full shop management including creator/affiliate outreach. Ads-only runs $1,500–$3,000. Market rates still settling in 2026 — most agencies charge 10–15% of GMV.
% of ad spend (market norm)
10 – 20%
The most common Amazon agency model. We don’t use it — it incentivizes spending more, not performing better. Fixed retainer only.

We price at or below market on every tier. More importantly: we price fairly, to ensure your growth is what matters. When your efficiency improves, the savings go to your P&L — not ours.

Engagement tiers

Four ways in. One standard of work.

Every tier gets a named senior operator, not a junior account manager. The difference between tiers is scope and channel count — not the quality of who runs your account.

FAQ

Pricing questions. Honest answers.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

Yes. We operate on a percentage of ad spend, and it’s designed to keep everything aligned. As your ad spend scales, our focus stays on efficiency, profitability, and smart growth, not just spending more for the sake of it. We’re incentivized to make every dollar work harder.

Performance-driven partnership, our success is tied directly to how well your campaigns perform
Scalable support, as your account grows, so does the level of strategy, optimization, and oversight
Ongoing optimization, we’re constantly refining bids, targeting, and creative to improve ROI
No flat-fee ceiling, you’re not stuck paying the same rate regardless of results or complexity

In short, this model ensures we’re always pushing toward better outcomes, not just maintaining the status quo.

What’s the minimum to work with you?

$1,500/month for a focused engagement is what our pricing here will show. However, we work with brands big and small, those just crossing $100K in marketplace revenue all the way up to $50M+ programs. The fit question isn’t revenue — it’s whether what we run matches what you need.

What does “add-on” pricing mean for a second channel?

If you’re already on a Full-Service Amazon engagement, adding Walmart or Chewy runs 30–40% less than the standalone rate. The pod, reporting cadence, and operator are already in place — you’re not paying for setup twice.

How long are your contracts?

12-month engagements are our standard. Marketplace work compounds — catalog rebuilds, ad-account learning, Brand Registry, and warehouse cadence all need a full year to show their best numbers. To make that comfortable, every contract includes a defined out-clause for material business events (acquisition, sale, or significant operational change), so you’re never locked into something that no longer fits.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No separate onboarding fee on retainer engagements. Project work (migrations, catalog rebuilds, launches) is scoped as a fixed project fee. What you see on this page is what you pay.

Do you offer GMV-share pricing?

Yes, we do offer GMV (revenue share) pricing for select partners, and it’s one of the most aligned models when it makes sense for both sides. With this structure, our incentives are directly tied to your top-line growth. We only win when you generate more revenue, which keeps our focus on scaling what actually drives sales, not just activity.

Fully aligned incentives, we grow when your revenue grows, period
Lower upfront risk, reduces fixed costs and shifts more compensation to performance
Revenue-first strategy, prioritizes actions that drive real sales, not vanity metrics
Scalable partnership, as your business expands, we reinvest more time and resources to keep momentum

In short, GMV share works best when there’s strong upside potential and clear attribution, it turns the relationship into a true growth partnership, not just a service agreement.

Can I start on one channel and expand later?

That’s the most common path. Most brands start with Growth-tier Amazon, stabilize, then add Walmart or TikTok Shop at the add-on rate. We sequence it based on your margin profile — not an upsell calendar.

Who actually runs my account?

A named senior operator. You know who runs your account before you sign the SOW. That person is on your weekly call, owns the P&L targets, and is accountable when numbers are off. No bait-and-switch to a junior team post-close.

Run the math before you commit to anyone.

We’ll model your situation, current channel costs, projected P&L impact, and which tier fits, before you sign anything. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.

We’d been quoted $25K a month by larger agencies for half the scope. Clearsight’s pricing is transparent, the scope is precise, and you’re not paying for a team you’ll never talk to.
