About Clearsight

A consultancy with a
loading dock.

We started Clearsight in 2019 because every brand we talked to was stuck in the same trap: an Amazon agency telling them one thing, a 3PL telling them another, a Walmart specialist telling them a third — and nobody accountable when the Monday numbers came in soft.

So we built the firm we’d want to hire — Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy operations, retail media, creative, and an in-house 4PL warehouse under one roof. One P&L. One contract. One reporting stack.

Seven years in, we manage $385M+ in marketplace revenue for 65+ mid-market brands across Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy — with in-house 4PL fulfillment from our South Bend, Indiana warehouse.

What we believe

Jason Hunt
Jason Hunt
Partner · VP of Operations

In ecommerce since 1995, learned web design that year and launched his first ecommerce store in 1996, before there were frameworks for selling online. Three decades operating across manufacturing, drop-shipping, and multi-channel marketplace sales, every operator discipline learned firsthand: SEO, PPC, email, catalog, inventory, supply chain. Spent years as president of a furniture manufacturer, growing the business through direct, wholesale, and trade-show channels. At Clearsight, Jason owns operations and ensures every marketplace and fulfillment engagement ships on time, within budget, and with the profitability baked in from day one.

Chad Galloway
Chad Galloway
Partner · VP of Business Development

20+ years of operational and commercial leadership. Started in the implantable medical device industry, managing P&L, revenue growth, and M&A at scale. Over the past decade, Chad has acquired and scaled manufacturing companies, commercial real estate operations, and IP ventures, building teams, streamlining operations, and improving profitability across disparate business types. At Clearsight, Chad owns business development and partnership strategy: identifying high-fit brand partnerships, structuring engagements, and ensuring new clients ship on time and with aligned expectations. He brings the operator’s mindset to BD, not just closing deals, but closing the right deals.

David Keahey
David K.
Director of Account Services

Originally from Florida and now based in South Carolina, David brings 8+ years of Amazon operations across brands of every scale, emerging sellers finding their first $1M and enterprise programs running multi-marketplace operations. As Director of Account Services, he sets the operational standard across the account book: catalog hygiene, content cadence, ad-pacing oversight, performance reporting, and the operator-grade communication clients lean on to stay aligned. He’s the senior voice clients hear when something isn’t right and direction is needed.

Gabrielle Harris
Gabrielle H.
Director of Account Services

Indiana-raised and now based in Chicago — with stops in Boston and Denver along the way — Gabby brings nearly seven years of marketing and advertising experience across the full platform stack: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, Walmart. Her background is built on strategy, execution, and optimization, always in service of helping brands tell a story that actually drives growth. At Clearsight, she leads the Walmart marketplace practice: Walmart Connect, WFS, and the account management work that keeps brands performing across the platform.

Sofia Vera
Sofia V.
Director of Advertising

Originally from Mexico and now based in Texas after several years in Switzerland, Sofia leads the retail-media practice across SP, SB, SD, DSP, OTT, Walmart Connect, and Chewy Connect for 65+ brands. Her FMCG background, where ad budgets are tight, every TACoS point matters, and creative testing has to ladder back to merchandising calendars, informs how she runs accounts: structured architecture, disciplined keyword expansion, and budget allocation that respects both SKU economics and auction dynamics. Multi-marketplace fluency across the U.S., Mexico, and Europe.

Valentina Cozzi
Valentina C.
Advertising Manager

Italian by origin and based in Spain, Valentina brings three years of dedicated Amazon PPC management on top of more than a decade of broader advertising experience, plus direct platform-side experience as a former Amazon Seller Support agent. That combination, agency strategy, in-platform operations, and a long-form advertising career, gives her a sharper read on what’s a campaign-structure problem versus a creative problem versus a catalog problem. Particularly strong on European marketplaces and multi-region campaigns.

Isaias Rodriguez
Isaias R.
Ad Manager · SEO

From Monterrey, Nuevo León — a region with a reputation for outworking the room — Isaias carries that same standard into every account. His background spans digital marketing consulting and e-commerce project management, with a diagnostic approach to data that goes beneath surface metrics to find the real constraint. He understands platforms from the inside — how they work, what they reward, and how to leverage their mechanics to move the needle. At Clearsight, he runs paid search and SEO: closing the loop between off-platform demand and on-marketplace conversion.

Dave Kaltenbach
Dave K.
Catalog Manager

Born and raised in Florida, Dave cut his Amazon teeth growing the ecommerce arm of a local fishing-tackle shop, building a marketplace presence on a tight budget where every catalog decision had a direct line to revenue. From there he joined Amazon’s Seller Support Catalog team, working from the inside on the issues most agencies only see from the outside. That seller-and-platform perspective is what he brings to Clearsight clients: catalog hygiene, listing builds, ASIN creation, and the technical case work that keeps SKUs un-suppressed.

Curtis Labatt
Curtis L.
Catalog Manager

Originally from Ontario and now based in Arizona, Curtis brings something most catalog operators don’t: 15+ years of upper-management experience before he ever touched a Seller Central console. He runs catalog the way an operator runs a P&L, with structure, accountability, and a clear-eyed view of what actually moves the needle. Owns end-to-end catalog and content programs across Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy: listing fixes, variation builds, A+ Content rollouts, and the compliance work that protects revenue.

Taryn Trussell
Taryn T.
Principal Designer

Based in Denver, Taryn is the resident designer brands turn to when their visual identity needs to ladder up cleanly across Brand Stores, A+ Content, listing imagery, photography, infographics, and ad creative. Her ability to absorb a brand guideline and design within it without flattening the work is what makes her output reliable at scale, ten assets in, the brand still feels itself; a hundred assets in, it still does. Marketplace creative is the day job, not a sideline.

Bailey Rud
Bailey R.
Customer Service Lead

As an ex-Amazonian, Bailey came to the team with deep institutional knowledge of Amazon’s catalog and content systems, built directly inside Amazon’s catalog and content department. She brings that platform-side fluency to the customer-service desk: buyer messages, returns, case work, and the daily account-health management that keeps metrics where they need to be across every channel. She knows which lever to pull when the platform is the obstacle, not the buyer.

Todd Anglemeyer
Todd Anglemeyer
Head of Distribution · South Bend

Todd runs the South Bend warehouse, FBA prep, WFS, FBM, DTC, vendor shipments, bundling, and kitting. He brings nearly a decade of marketplace operations experience across Automotive, Home, Personal Care, and beyond, having managed catalogs at every scale from single-SKU launches to programs with 400,000+ active listings. That seller-side fluency is what he brings to distribution: he runs the floor with the same data-driven discipline he ran ad accounts and listing portfolios with, inventory accuracy, dock-to-stock cycle time, and prep error rates on the wall.

Nick Anglemeyer
Nick Anglemeyer
Distribution Operations

Nick is floor manager in South Bend, owns inbound, outbound, and the daily ship cadence for client SKUs. He brings 5+ years of marketplace operations across Automotive, Home, RV & Boat, and Lawn & Garden, with a laser focus on operational efficiency: identifying where brands leak spend, where suppliers can be renegotiated, and where rework eats margin that should be flowing to the P&L. That cost-side discipline shows up on the warehouse floor, every minute of misalignment is a margin point a client is leaving behind.

How we work

Four commitments. No surprises.

Fixed scope

Every engagement has a written scope, a written fee, and a written end date. Change orders are in writing before the work.

One P&L

We don’t outsource creative, we don’t sub the warehouse, we don’t flip fees. What you pay is what the team gets.

Category honesty

We turn down brands in categories we don’t know well. You’ll get a referral to the firm we’d hire instead.

Named operators

You meet the actual people doing the work during the pitch. No bait-and-switch to juniors on Monday.

Ready when you are

Stop shopping agencies. Hire the operators.
