Accessibility Statement

Accessibility statement

Clearsight Consulting is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We are actively working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website to make sure we meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Conformance status

This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We perform regular audits and update our practices as standards evolve. Some pages may have third-party content (embedded media, advertising) that is not under our direct control.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML for screen-reader navigation
  • Color contrast tested against WCAG AA standards (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text)
  • Keyboard navigation support across primary navigation, forms, and interactive elements
  • Descriptive alt text on informational images; empty alt on decorative images
  • Heading hierarchy in logical order (h1 → h2 → h3)
  • Form labels associated with their inputs
  • Honor of the operating-system “Reduce Motion” preference for scroll animations

Known issues

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know so we can fix it quickly. Issues currently being addressed:

  • Some legacy blog posts may have inconsistent heading structure (being remediated in 2026)
  • A few decorative SVG icons lack accessible names (in progress)

Clearsight assesses the accessibility of this website by ongoing internal evaluation (manual testing with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and contrast tools) and feedback from users.
